Share three ideas in order of preference. After you submit the brief, we’ll manually check what is available and confirm the best available choice with you before registering anything. Once you approve the choice, Next Level Labs purchases it with our business card and registers it under your business name, so you own it outright. Website design and care terms

1. Parties and project

This agreement is between the client named below and Next Level Labs for the website described in the client’s written project brief.

2. Fees and payment

The build fee is $1,200. A $600 non-refundable deposit is due before work begins. The $600 balance is due after written approval of the watermarked preview and before launch or delivery of the unwatermarked website.

3. Scope and revisions

The standard scope is one custom one-page website and two reasonable revision rounds. Anything outside that scope requires written agreement before additional work begins.

4. Client content

The client will provide accurate business information and confirms they own or have permission to use every supplied photo, logo, name, and piece of content. Next Level Labs may use placeholders during design; they will be replaced with client-approved content before launch.

5. Preview and approval

The review copy remains visibly watermarked. The client’s written approval confirms the design and content are accepted, subject to correction of any agreed final technical issue.

6. Care plan

The first 30 days of care after launch are included. After that, website care is $130 per month and includes hosting, backups, security upkeep, domain registration and yearly renewal, privacy protection where supported, and reasonable small content edits with next-business-day turnaround under normal circumstances. Major redesigns or new features are quoted separately.

7. Domain registration

The client will provide three preferred domain ideas and accurate registrant details. Next Level Labs will check availability manually, confirm the available choice with the client in writing, and only then purchase and register it on the client’s behalf using the Next Level Labs business card. The domain will be registered under the client’s legal and business details so the client owns it outright. Registration and yearly renewal are included while the care plan remains active.

8. Cancellation and handover

The client may cancel ongoing care before the next billing date. Any paid balance remains due for approved completed work. After the account is current, Next Level Labs will provide a reasonable handover of website files and the client-owned domain available within the project scope.

9. Limits and communication

Timelines depend on timely client feedback and delivery of content. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by third-party services or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Changes to scope, price, or schedule must be in writing.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by Florida law. Electronic signatures and emailed copies may be treated as originals.
